About Us
Whitetail Valley Dairy and Beef, Waupaca, WI are owned and operated by Brad and Ruth Trinrud, and their two children Jensen and Griffin. The farm has been in the family for over 100 years. Brad and Ruth had previously farmed with Brad’s parents, Dale and Evalie Trinrud until becoming sole owners in 2010. Jensen and Griffin are now full time employees of the farm along with a total of 6 other employees.
