Nesco of Barbeque

25 lb. hamburger
onion
2 med. tomato soup
about 1 lb. brown sugar
3⁄4 can ketchup (Hunts)
½ c. lemon juice
Brown hamburger, onion, salt and pepper; drain grease off. Mix together and simmer 2 to 3 hours.
Pizza Burgers

1 (6-oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. oregano
½ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. aniseed
¼ c. onion, chopped
1 c. grated mozzarella cheese
1 lb. hamburger, browned
Mix all ingredients well. Spread on buns or bread slices. close to the edge as possible so bread doesn't burn on edges. Preheat oven (so bread doesn't get soggy). Broil opened face for a few minutes.
Pizza Casserole

1 lb. hamburger
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
egg dumpling noodles
½ tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. onion salt
1 can Chef Boyardee Pizza Cheese Sauce
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 lb. Italian sausage
½ tsp. garlic salt
1 small can pizza sauce
Cook hamburger and sausage. Add next 7 ingredients. Cook slowly 15 minutes. Cook pkg. of wide noodles. Place 1/2 noodles into slightly greased 9x13'' pan. Pour sauce over, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese and grated Mozzarella cheese. Add other 1/2 noodles, sauce and cheese. Bake 350° for 30 minutes.
